“I can not believe the difference! About seven days before my period I would wake up feeling on edge, angry, irritable sometimes overwhelmed. It was like a switch flipped. I could be mad about something little or just looking for confrontation. I would have to fight the urges not to yell or blow up at someone. I would say and do things that were completely opposite of who I am normally. Emotionally I could cry without warning. Physically I was tired, accompanied by a horrible migraine headache the day before my period started. My husband, kids, family and friends were all affected. I look back and realize that during these times, I made bad decisions followed by bad actions. I was a horrible person to deal with. About ten months ago Dr. Rouff had me try Pro-Mense. This has changed my life! It has allowed me to feel in control of myself again. I occasionally still get the migraine but not as many. My cramps are less intense and I’m not as tired. I can honestly say that while taking Pro-Mense I can forget that it’s even coming. It is wonderful and I am so grateful to Dr. Rouff for finding something to help me. I hope this helps everyone else. Okay, so the root canal was not fun, but as these things go, I was in great hands and even caught myself joking around about it. The Novocaine is the best around. Go ahead, get yours today. Seriously, I was terrified about the procedure, but the doctor and staff explained everything in detail to me and it really calmed my nerves. I appreciate that very much.

The business hours make it very hard for me to get time off during the day. Other than that everything is perfect for me. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing and oh yea, I love ALL the freebies at the front desk.

You know how much most people “love” going to the dentist (me included), but you make it almost. I said almost, enjoyable. With Donna, Betty and the rest of the staff, it’s like one, big happy family! I’ve been coming here over 19 years and I’m still coming back every 6 months. This was my first visit, as I have changed over from my former dentist. I wish I would have done so years ago. From reception to dental treatment plan, every single person was down-to-earth and very friendly. Not only that, but they were all knowledgeable and competent to do what they do. My two year sensitivity issue has been identified, and could have been earlier, but I was not in good enough hands. Now, I am!
